In the general Golden area which stretches from Field B.C., Golden proper, south to Spillimacheen and west to Donald there are a variety of properties including small and large acreages, acreages with water frontage, homes both in the Town of Golden and in the rural surrounding area and businesses.
Selling rural property at any time of the year has taken me from the hiking boots to cross country skis and snowshoes to accessing a property on a sled with my clients!!
